It is one of the series of books written about various games and sports that were 9opular in Edwardian England and was titled "The Badminton Library" and fostered by the Duke of Beaufort. The 423 pages are clean and bright excepting the back fly which has some spotting. it is profusely illustrated by G.D. Giles, Frank Dadd and F. Stuart Allan, 18 of which are full page and the remaining 42 are within the text. Overall condition is very good or better with only problems being a break in both the front and rear end papers at the spine. The book itself is tight. There is also light rub and wear at spine ends and boards corners.
