1909 Manahawkin NJ calendar plate This is a 9 1/4" scallop edge plate with flower transfers and all 12 month images of the 1909 calendar. It was made by McNicol - so marked with the pattern name "Carnation". It is a scarce item - mostly because there was little reason to buy souvenirs of Manahawkin in the early 1900's. The condition is very good with no marks or chips bur consistent with this kind of ceramic at the time there is crazing throughout. Excellent gift at a reasonable price.
