This 1 5/8” wide and 1 1/8” tall Sterling Crown Brooch with the 7 top row faux pearls, also has 7 faux rubies, 6 rhinestones, 5 faux emeralds and 9 faux diamonds. It is marked with the early Crown Trifari March – 53 Des. Pat. No. 140779 and sterling. There are absolutely no visible flaws, repairs or replacements of stones or pearls.
