Quick Overview

c. 1825 Enoch Wood & Son Tea Pot NR EX COND Staffordshire Very unusual to find an early piece free of significant problems.

c. 1825 Enoch Wood & Son Tea Pot NR EX COND Staffordshire This 5" x10" x6-1/2" dark blue early Staffordshire transfer wear pot is signed with the Enoch Wood & son mark used between 1818 & 1845 but the shape dates it at the earliest end of the range. The imagery is of a man, woman, horse & dog in a scenery setting. The piece is near perfect with sole defect being a chip at the under edge of the spout (see photo) Very unusual to find an early piece free of significant problems. Ask questions before you buy. (the no reserve is a very competitive offering)
