Antique Needlepoint floral 1850's rug This needlepoint rug is in exquisite condition considering its age. There is no loss in the image. There is some pulling around the edge where the hemp fringe attaches. The color has light fading. There is a large stain on the gold backing not visible on front. Clearly a rare piece in its excellent condition. 27-1/2" x 32" without fringe. Fringe is 4" long (see photos)
